Request for session - Übercart

I don't know if the subject is too big for Drupalcamp, but I wouldn't mind a walk-through of the install process (need-to-have modules etc.) and the initial setup.

I tried installing it a while ago and it just blew my mind. The module is pretty extensive and can be quite confusing for newbies. Like me :) It would be nice if someone could talk about which settings to focus on and which to ignore. Basically a tutorial of how to get a simple shop up and running with a simple payment method, like PayPal or something.

Anyone?
